Admission Requirements


New Student


  1. Present your official Registration Form to the person in-charge of ID processing.
  2. Fill up properly the form provided by the person in-charge and submit it together with your Official Registration Form.
  3. Wear the prescribe School Uniform.
  4. For male students: observe good grooming (no earrings, shaved beard and mustache and no dyed or colored hair). For female students: No dyed or colored hair.
  5. The person in-charge of ID processing is not liable for any error such as wrong student number, misspelling of the name/surname, wrong address, and contact information reflected on the printed ID of the student. It is the responsibility of the student to check/double check the information encoded by the person in-charge of ID processing before proceeding to ID printing. Otherwise, the student will pay 500 pesos at the Cashier’s Office for the replacement of the ID.
  6. If the printed ID card is damaged upon receiving, the student can ask for a replacement of the ID within the day, free of charge.

 

Lost ID


  1. Secure an Affidavit of Loss and proceed to the Cashier’s Office to pay for 500 pesos ID fee, then
  2. Follow steps 1 to 6 of procedure on ID processing for New Student ID.

    1. Present your official Registration Form to the person in-charge of ID processing.
    2. Fill up properly the form provided by the person in-charge and submit it together with your Official Registration Form.

Easy Installment Plan

Pay your enrollment fees in installments:

a. College and Graduate School

1. Four equal installments (upon enrollment, prelims, midterms, and finals)

2. Monthly installments

b. Basic Education (Grade School and High School)

1. Monthly

2. Quarterly

3. Semi-annually

Procedure on ID Processing

Admissions Office is now accepting applicants for S.Y. 2025 – 2026.

  1. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office to pay for 500 pesos ID fee, then
  2. Follow steps 1 to 6 of procedure on ID Processing for New Student ID.

Online Payment

Online Payment Guide

1. For NEW users, click SIGN UP and follow steps A to F below. If you already had an account, click SIGN IN and go to Step 2.

a. For NEW users click SIGN UP

b. Click “ACCEPT AND CONTINUE”

c. Enter you email address as your username then click “CHECK USERNAME”

d. Fill up the form. All fields are required. When you’re done, click “SUBMIT”

e. You have successfully registered to the University of Perpetual Help Online Payment

f. Now, click “CLICK HERE TO SIGN IN”

2. Enter your email address that you use to register as your username, enter your password then click “SUBMIT”

3. Click “STUDENT INFORMATION”. If you are already done with the Students information, you may proceed to Step 5.

4. Fill up all the fields and click “SAVE” when done. Click “BACK” to go back to main menu

5. Click “PAYMENT”

6. Select your student ID from the STUDENT ID NUMBER dropdown list.

7. Select your payment from PAYMENT FOR dropdown list.

8. Enter the AMOUNT you desire to pay

9. Click “SUBMIT”

10. Review payment details. Click “CONFIRM” to proceed to BILLING page. Click “GO BACK” if you have any corrections on the payment details.

BDO Online Payment

Online Banking Bills Payment:

  • Click Enrollment>Company/Biller>Enroll
  • Fill out the Enrollment Details:

    • Company/Biller Name: University of Perpetual Help Rizal Inc.
    • Subscriber Number: Student’s Number (found in the assessment form)
    • Subscriber Name: Student’s Name
    • Preferred Nickname: Your chosen nickname for this biller
  • Click Submit
  • Once enrolled, go to Pay Bills and Reload>Bills Payment>Pay Bills
  • Fill out Payment Details and click Submit

Mobile Banking Bills Payment: |Log in to your BDO Mobile Banking app via your smartphone or tablet|

  • Click More>Enrollment Services>Enroll Company/Biller
  • Fill out the Enroll Company Biller:

    • Company/Biller Name: University of Perpetual Help Rizal Inc.
    • Subscriber Number: Student’s Number (found in the assessment form)
    • Subscriber Name: Student’s Name
    • Preferred Nickname: Your chosen nickname for this biller
  • Once enrolled go to Pay Bills>Enrolled Billers
  • Fill out Payment Details and click Continue
